Balance
Kimberley Bermender
CanadaGALLERYCONVERSATION
We're the generation of women that can do anything, and therefore must do everything.

Women can work in senior management positions, we can postpone child-birth without medical professionals saying we're too old (at thirty-five), we can run marathons, raise families, have careers. Unfortunately, the new expectation, whether internal or external, is that we do it all. The challenge becomes balance. How can we maintain this frantic pace of doing everything without sacrificing our internal balance, without exhausting our internal resources?
