STATISTICS:
Women-owned firms in the U.S. are more likely than all firms to offer flex-tie, tuition reimbursement and, at a smaller size, profit sharing to their workers.
Generational differences are less consistent in Eastern Europe. Concern is greatest among older people in Russia and Ukraine, while young Czechs are more worried than their elders about foreign influence.

Technology has made the world smaller but the distances between people remain. My world of tomorrow would be one of connection;

A world where the woman in labor in Sydney would feel a tug at the end of her umbilical cord from the newly-born HIV-positive baby in Sub-Saharan Africa; Where the female CEO in London would trade business skills with the burkha-clad manager of a grass-roots micro-enterprise in Lahore; And where no woman whatever her battle would have to fight it alone.

technology advances have definitely made distances smaller.if i cannot cross the distance at least i can talk to a person,if i cannot visit a place i can still know about it through pictures.in fact with all these possibilities it has enhanced man to reach out to goals much more effectively.technology is a means to an end and not an end in itself.
