My generation has experienced the pain of losing a sense of belonging, a sense of safety that can only be achieved if a people belong to a state, and are treated like human beings.

Many in my generation echo a sense of deep humiliation, a sense of hopelessness and the burden of failure, that has resulted in a wasted life; trying to salvage and make do with what remains. I also feel the pain, loss and desperation of a generation that has not yet come into being.
