Using different combinations of pop culture figures has made it easier for me to communicate and connect with people from all over the world. People pretty much everywhere watch the same television shows; for instance, I did not grow up in the United States, but American television shows are all familiar to me.
Since people are familiar with what these characters stand for they manage to relay all those things that words might not be able to express.
