I'm working about 32-35 hours a week right now, and then there's school on top of that.  So, it's quite the balancing act. As the Supervisor of Operations at the Best Buy in Lubbock, TX, I'm one of eight supervisors in the store, two steps below the general manager.  That makes me third in line as far as management goes, and one of only two female supervisors. I am in charge of customer service, cashiers, schedules, and the overall expenses of the store.
